My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spacious and equipped with great facilities like dimmable lights, a Chromecast TV, large beds, and a couch with a stunning view over the lake. However, the pull-out bed was a bit small. The service was exceptional, with super-friendly staff and great local recommendations. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the bus and train stations, close to the gondola and lake. The dining options were amazing, with a wide variety to choose from. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit on the small side, but the pull-out bed was clean and tidy when we arrived. The amenities in the bathroom were nice, and the location was great, especially for exploring the area.
